Abstract

This thesis deals with the identification of ash fluid formation in the local heat plant Komořany, which has a combined production of electricity and heat. An integral part of the theoretical part is a detailed description of the manufacturing technology for reprocessing of the output of secondary energy product using the sintering process to produce certified construction product, known as dope granulate manufactured by United Energy, a.s. When this process is used to humidify the granulate mixing saline water, which was created and features of the next part deals. Attention is also paid to qualitative and legislative requirements, which must undoubtedly dope granulate and also saline water meet. The research was conducted within the experiment and was focused on determining the influence of the mixing saline water on properties dope granulate through interpretation extraction tests. The main intention of the study was to compare the crushed and non-crushed granulate extraction tests whose results met expectations of intended testing.
