Abstract
This thesis focuses on the financial analysis of the transport company Ostrava, PLC as that is performed for the period 2010-2013 . The object of this work is primarily assess the financial health of the company to the calculation of ratios of profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtedness. Based on these calculations are revealed weaknesses and recommend measures to improve the financial situation .
