Analýza a zhodnocení finančního zdraví vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The task of my diploma thesis is to analyse and evaluate the financial soundness of OSTROJ joint-stock company between 2015-2019. The theoretical part serves as a base and includes data which are necessary for the practical one. This section also contains sources of information useful for the financial analysis creation, the characteristic and features of financial analysis, sources of information of users and specific methods. The practical part incorporates the rating/calculation of indicators which have a relation to the financial soundness company assessment. The overall aim of this diploma thesis is to create the financial analysis of OSTROJ joint-stock company and to propose a recommendation for the effective economical management which leads to the improvement of OSTROJ financial soundness.
