Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with conversion of former farmstead in the town of Velká Bystřice near Olomouc. Goal of the project is to keep current usage of the farmstead which means small workshops, plum orchard and deers and fallow deers farming. Requests of current owners are about to be followed. At the same time level and quality of all functions should be raised. Clients requests are respected but also alternative and more useful solution is offered. Former farmstead is transformed into interpretation center. The goal is to reach improvement of the area and make it more quality while preventing its fall and keeping of agriculture and craftsmanship character. The work include analytic part of the area and its surrounding, assessment of analysis, typological part, urban plan of the area and designs of selected objects.
