Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is detecting the influence of couching on efficiency and quality both of individual members of the team and the team as a unit. The first part is devoted to specification of teamwork and couching. Another part is focused on a particular company where the couching has been applied and where thanks to the couching there have been observed changes in working, quality and efficiency of individual employees and of the whole team. Based on the results the company has been recommended to do couching more often and to not perform it solely by a team leader.
