Analýza konkurenceschopnosti bezpečnostní agentury

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of competitiveness of a security agency. PEST analysis, Porter's 5 competitive forces, financial analysis and SWOT analysis were used to assess competitiveness. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical starting points related to the topic are defined. The second part consist of the presentation of the investigated security agency and the analysis of the aquired data. The results of the analysis identified problematic areas. Assessments were then made and recommendations proposed that could lead to increased competitiveness of the security agency being investigated.
