Náklady na výkon státní správy obce s rozšířenou působností

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on finance evaluation of state administration in the delegated authority in selected municipalities with extended competence Frenstat pod Radhostem. The first part contains theoretical basis, legislative framework, the characteristics of municipalities, structure of calculation of the contribution to the state administration. In the next part the municipality with extended competence Frenstat pod Radhostem is specified, an analysis of funding delegated competence is analysed and compared with other selected ORP. Following part is the evaluation of the costs and revenues of the municipality in connection with the power of the state administration and the strategy of the Czech Republic in the future.
