Komparace subjektů sociální ekonomiky zaměřených na zaměstnávání znevýhodněných osob

Abstract

The thesis describes the basic terms from the area of social economy and social entrepreneurship, it defines social enterprises. In addition, the problems of employment of disadvantaged people in the labour market (especially as disabled people, people who have experienced drug addiction, juvenile people, students and graduates, women, pregnant women and mothers) are described here. The thesis contains two comparisons. The first one compares two models of employment of disadvantaged people in the Czech republic – social firm and sheltered workshop. The second comparison compares subjects which can be a social enterprise in the Czech republic. Limited Company, Co-operative, Public Service Company and Civic Associaton are compared from legal, accounting and tax aspect.
