Technologický předpis hrubé stavby bytového domu s variantním řešením stropu pro jedno podlaží

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create technological prescription construction site of a building with ceiling variant solution for single storey. There is a 3-storey building designed for permanent living. In the building, there are going to be 6 separate flats of the size of 3+1, the circulation area and staircase included. The façade is smooth and of a simple shape, windows are standardized and the roof is flat. The symmetric rectangular plan is designed to be made of the Porotherm system. The ceilings are to be made of Porotherm as well. The aim of my thesis is to create the technological prescription of construction site of a building with ceiling variant solution for a single storey. The variant solution is realized through a monolithic concrete ceiling desk. As a part of the thesis, the price calculation is processed. Also, time schedules for both the versions and their comparison in the scope of the price, time length, intensity of labour and demands on the realization of the proposed building are made here.
