Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse a Zara brand perception on the clothing market in the Czech Republic. Further, it was analysed how customers perceive the Zara clothing brand, what they like about the brand and what should be improved. The part of the bachelor thesis are the recommendation which are based on the results of analysis.
