Smogová situace na Třinecku

Abstract

The theme of the thesis deals with the current smog situation in Třinec region and offers introduction to the notions, needed to understand the topic. The analysis mentions possible sources of pollution in the region Třinec and surroundings. The aim is to disapprove or confirm the hypothesis, that the main source of pollution are Třinec ironworks, and outline possible solutions, that would improve the overall situation. Furthermore, bachelor thesis follows the long-distance transmitted emission from Poland, the effects of heavy metals on the forest ecosystem. Part of the work is focused on legislative analysis in cases of smog.
