Efektivní vedení organizace

Abstract

In my bachelory work I am concerned of effective business-team leading in the company WAREX spol. s r. o. and to be specific, of division of steel constructions. First I presented ideas, which are needed to comprehend the problematic issue and that are related with effective team leading. In next part I am focused on actual state in company and then I am trying to bring forvard suggestion for improvement current state. Suggestion are in major about satisfaction, motivation of employees and about fee system.
