Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je návrh stavebně technologického projektu bytového domu – projekt pro provedení stavby. Diplomová práce řeší stavební a technologickou část objektu, s posouzením a vyhodnocením tepelně technických vlastností konstrukcí. Projektová dokumentace zahrnuje stavební výkresy, technický popis objektu a tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí v souladu s platnými normami a zákony. Bytový dům je navržen jako čtyř podlažní. Má obdélníkový tvar, je částečně podsklepen a má sedlovou střechu.

The content of the diploma thesis is the design of a building-technological project of a residential building - a project for building construction. The thesis deals with the building and technological part of the building, with assessment and evaluation of the thermal and technical properties of the structures. Project documentation includes building drawings, technical description of the building and thermal and technical assessment of perimeter structures in accordance with applicable standards and laws. The apartment building is designed as a four-storey building. It has a rectangular shape, is partially basement and has a saddle roof.
