Abstract
The theoretical part of thesis deals with industrial networks, electrical stations and their functions. Further, the theoretical part contains a description of individual types of electrical apparatus used in electrical stations. The last part of the theoretical chapter defines the calculation procedure of short-circuit conditions, maximum and minimum short-circuit currents and calculation of short-circuit impedance of individual elements in power supply network according to ČSN EN 60909-0 edition 2. In the practical part reconstruction of Mír substation in Třinec is developedas well as calculation of short-circuit conditions in this substation, design of apparatus equipment and financial evaluation.
