Historie a vývoj mzdového informačního systému v Nemocnici Most

Abstract

This bachelor work considers development of wage information system in hospital in Most since 1990 (providing the first personal computers in Wage Department) till present when it became a branch office of Regional Health, Inc. The paper focuses mostly on description of implementing a chosen information system of company Vema, Inc. and connected advantages and disadvantages for wage processing. The association of hospital in Most was introduced in the first part of this work. The key particular stages of implementing a chosen information system, and its contributions or negatives, were described in the second part of this work. In the third part it will be evaluated the choice of information system vendor and the impact of information technology on professional development of the personal and wage departments employee. Because the author of this work works as a wage accountant in the hospital in Most and she participates in innovations and enlargement of commonly used software in entire department, here she indicates even practical aspect of human recourses development.
