Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a family house for construction. The area of interest is in the village Smilovice (Frýdek - Místek district), in the part of the village called Za dědinou, on a plot no. 1958. The design is based on an architectural study created in the subject Studio Art I, led by Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. The proposal has been further modified in the subject Studio Art Va, under the guidance of Ing. Hana Ševčíková Ph.D. This bachelor's thesis provides a complete solution and the final design of a family house. The house is proposed as a one-generation, for a family of 4, two-storey with a flat vegetation roof with extensive greenery. The design also includes an extension of the garage with a workroom, a wooden shelter for 1 car and a wooden pergola. This work contains a text and drawing part.
