Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo vypracovanie návrhu regenrácie časti panelového sídliska Vlčince II. Podstatou návrhu je zatraktívnenie daného územia vyriešením jeho aktuálnych problémov a zvýšenie štandardu bývania v lokalite.

Prvou fázou riešenia diplomovej práce bola analýza problémov v riešenom území. Jedná sa hlavne o deficit miest pri statickej doprave, nevyhovujúci stav peších komunikácií a cyklotrás, absencia plôch pre voľnočasové aktivity dospelých či nevyhovujúci stav objektov odpadového hospodárstva.

Na základe prevedených analýz bol vypracovaný jeden návrh, ktorý rieši problémy popísané v analytickej časti a vytvára v riešenom území podmienky pre kvalitné bývanie.

The goal of the thesis was to develop design of regeneration of prefab housing estate Vlčince II. Substance of the design is to make the location more attractive by solve the current problems and increase the standard of living.

First step of solution of the thesis was problem analysis of the location. It means mainly deficit of parking spots, unsatisfactory state of pedestrian communications and bike trails, absence of areas for free time activities of adults and unsatisfactory state of waste managment objects.

On the basis of the made analyzes, one proposal was developed which solves the problems described in the analytical part and creates conditions for quality housing in the area.
