Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of managerial work and managerial development, namely the Bank of Profit. The subject of this thesis was to determine the current state of the banking company of the two sub-points, and the manager's office. As part of monitoring work manager, I use the time study using a random observation and visual methods to the workplace manager called miniaudit order and cleanliness in the workplace. Through the work of film, I found the current level of work managers. My goal was to propose measures that will increase the percentage of decisions significantly improve team performance and efficiency-driven processes and activities. The thesis has been divided into three parts. The first part explains the theoretical basis of the findings focused on the development of managers - to define the basic concepts of managerial functions, responsibilities of managers, time management, mistakes in management and work processes, methods and 5S wasted in non-manufacturing processes. The second methodological analysis of present-Profit Bank, defines the method which I subsequently used for the diagnosis of the current development of managers. In the third part, on the basis of the results utilized methods I proposed and recommended options for the further development of managerial work in the company's future.
