Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is proposal of an objective supplier assessment procedure. The target of the thesis is to describe current purchasing practise in manufacturing company, supplier selection and assessment, current situation analyses and to propose a purchasing methodology. Purchasing marketing, factors influencing purchasing, the main purchasing process steps, supplier selection and assessment are described in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with current practise description in the manufacturing company, its analysis and improving proposals.
