Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the analyses of the fluctuation of employees of Czech post, s.p. The aim of this thesis was to analyse fluctuation of employees of Czech post, s.p., to identify possible causes of fluctuation and to propose recommendations how to retain more employees. Following the objective, the hypothesis was defined that the geographical factor did not affect the rate of fluctuation.
The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical starting points for the given topic obtained from the specialized literature, in the application part was made fluctuation measurement, cause analysis and using the statistical method it was verified whether it is possible to accept the hypothesis. In the final part of the thesis was formulated with recommendations to reduce fluctuation and increase the retention of employees based on the synthesis of the collected information.
