Abstract

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the human resources for Robe Lighting, Ltd. and also to find out whether or not there is a sufficient number of a workforce with good knowledge of English in the district Vsetin, especially in the fields of electronics, electrical engineer and lower management. By means of survey we are also trying to demonstrate the public awareness of the company. The Robe's Lighting company presentation is introduced in the theoretical part of this thesis along with the basic terms concerning the human resources management. The practical part is mainly focused on the analysis and questionnaire survey of workforce and also to identify required information from the schema_dspacedb. In addition, the methods and procedures of collecting and obtaining information are described in this part. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis pays attention to the possible recommendations and the appropriate suggestions, which emerged from analysis.
