Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with financial control in public administration. The aim of the thesis is to characterize a system of financial control and its realization as well as to explain the basic terms of this field. The thesis is divided into six parts. The main part of the thesis is devoted to individual types of control, the subjects related to the control system in the Czech Republic and description of act on financial control. The rest of the thesis deals with controlling methods and processes being applied at execution of this specific control in this field of public administration.
