Analýza specifických skupin matky s dětmi na trhu práce s konkrétním řešením na Novojičínsku

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je analyzovat situaci matek pečující o děti do 15-ti let věku na trhu práce s porovnáním s jinými státy Evropské Unie, dále z pohledu demografického, ekonomického a sociálního, zjistit současný stav matek s dětmi na Novojičínsku. Pomocí LFA v rámci analytické části sestavit strom problémů, cílů a strategie týkajících se specifických skupin matky s dětmi. V poslední části bakalářské práce je cílem vyhodnotit přístup a řešení zainteresovaných skupin a doporučit vhodnou strategii.

The content of this thesis is to analyze the situation of mothers caring for children under 15 years of age on the labor market in comparison with other countries of the European Union. Then I would like to determine the current status of mothers with children in the Novojicinsko region of demographic, economic and social perspective. With the LFA in the analytical part is the creation of problems tree, objectives and strategies relating to specific groups of mothers with children. The last part of thesis is to evaluate the access and solving of interested groups and recommend a suitable strategy.
