Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of predictive modeling of the possible occurrence of invasive plant genus Reynoutria ssp. In the Morávka river basin, specifically in the territory of the European site of Niva Morávka. For modeling, a relatively new modeling technique ENFA was used, based exclusively on P / O data. The main outputs of the ENFA modeling technique include the site map of the habitat and the description of the ecological niche by means of its characteristics (marginality coefficients, specialization and tolerance). The input data for modeling were used for the results of field mapping processed in 2007 and 2015 in the final work of RNDr. P. Švece, Ph.D. and Václav Fröhlich. Predictive modeling also included evaluating the quality of models using benchmarking and benchmarking between 2007 and 2015.
