Založení franchisingové pobočky

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování problematiky podnikání pomocí franchisingu. Bude založena nová franchisingová pobočka. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část se bude věnovat teorii franchisingu, podnikatelského plánu a malých podniků. Ve druhé části bude představena konkrétní společnost – poskytovatel licence (franchisor). Třetí část bude obsahovat vypracování založení společnosti – příjemce licence (franchisant) a podnikatelského plánu. Pomocí podnikatelského plánu se bude hodnotit, zda podnikání touto formou je výhodné. Po vyhodnocení budou navrženy doporučení ke zlepšení.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to discuss the problematics of entrepreneurship through franchising. A new franchise branch will be set up. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part will discuss the theory of franchising, business plan and small businesses. In the second part the specific company - the licensor (franchisor) will be presented. The third part will include the preparations for the establishment of the company - the franchisee (licensee) and the business plan. A business plan will be evaluated whether counducting the business in this way is efficient. After this evaluation will the recommendations for improvement will be suggested.
