Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I am concerned with analysis and evaluation of remuneration and motivation of employees in cooperation with the company EKOBAL ROŽNOV, spol. s r.o. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter is entitled theoretical bases of remuneration and motivation of employees. The content of the chapter is explication of terms connected to remuneration and motivation of employees and essential for understanding this subject. In the second chapter there is general information stated about the particular company, subject of business, organisational structure and ethics code of the company. The content of the third analytical part consists of an analysis of the present state of the remuneration and motivation of employees in the company, a listing of employee benefits, supplements wages and remuneration for employees. At the end of the chapter there are some partial proposals and recommendations presented which are suggestions for improvement of the actual situation in the company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the current system of remuneration and motivation of employees in the particular company and the suggestion of solutions that can help to an improvement in the remuneration and motivation of employees.
