Variantní návrh provedení obvodového pláště zadaného objektu - Stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

The content of this thesis is the project documentation of three-storey apartment building with cellar. We design two kind of perimeter jacket of the builing, taken into consideration from financial and time consumed point of view. We created technical manual, time schedule and budget consist of every items. The building will be use for rent. Material is common, the object is based in Ostrava – City.

Parts, builiding construction: project documentation for building permit according to the Building Act, technology: time table, budget, ventilated facades and technological progress of the ventilated façade including time consumed and economic evaluation. Static assessment is not part of diploma thesis.
