Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of advertising inside subway tunnels. Work describes the issue of the perception of light information from the perspective of anatomical and physiological behavior of a visual apparatus with an emphasis on persistence of vision. It also provides a list of photometric quantities and way of measuring the brightness by the luminance analyzer. After the theoretical part work continues with realization of the display prototype - LED strip controlled by a microcontroller. LED strip is designed to display pattern while in a rapid motion. The realization of a prototype LED panel leads to an experimental part, which describes the basic features of display and also describes the dependence of display brightness at settings of PWM. In conclusion, the results are evaluated and suggestions for next steps in development are drawn as well.
