Abstract
The thesis is focused on the analysis of the competitive enviroment analysis
of Edmond Dantes, s.r.o. It identifies and analyzes the various competing companies
and suppliers, which determines the position in the market of Edmond Dantes, s.r.o.
It evaluates the potential risks arising from its competitors and suppliers. Conclusion
of the thesis proposes recommendations for future action and measures to increase
the competitiveness of the company analyzed.
