Abstract

Employee training and development is an important point for a successful organization.The bachelor thesis deals with the education and development of employees in the company. The aim is to analyze the system of education and development of the company and then make suggestions and recommendations that can increase the efficiency of the company. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first part is focused on the definition of the theoretical basis of the issue. In the second part, the selected company is first characterized, then an analysis of its education and development system is performed and, last but not least, proposals and recommendations for improving the education and development system are made.
