Návrh systému měření výkonnosti podniku metodou Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

The main goal of this thesis was to assess and suggest brand new system of measurement company´s financial efficiency by using Balanced Scorecard method. The thesis was split in two chapters. The theoretical chapter aime to analysis aproaches to company´s efficiency measurement especially Balanced Scorecard method. The emphasis is placed on theoretical resources of BSC necessary for its application in practical chapter. The new company´s measurement system was created in practical chapter. This new system is not established only on financial analises as way before, but on top this system focus on regarding and reaching the strategic goals which have not primarily financial character.
