Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the valuation of agricultural land with a particular focus on valuation of vineyards by methods of market and administrative assessment This thesis’s aim is the analysis of management in the vineyards and the valuation of selected vineyard and the comparison of selected methods. The theoretical part is based on the literature, electronic resources, but also on consultations with experts in the field. In achieving the objectives of work and validation of hypotheses will be used market assessment methods: a comparative and a yields method, administrative assessment, methods of comparison, methods of synthesis and analysis of data and the method of deduction and induction from data
