Internetová kriminalita a její právní a ekonomické důsledky

Abstract

The goal of this diploma thesis is to definite individual kinds of the Internet Crime, analyse its evolution, legal adjustment, related consequences and find possibilities of solution of this global problem. In the theoretical part there is s description of the evolution of the Internet Crime from the very beginning to nowadays and also there are definitions of individual kinds of the Internet Crime and their characteristics. There are also mentioned a list of laws which adjust this issues in the Czech Republic and the most important international agreements including currently well-known and controversial contract against fake ACTA. In this part there is a great attention dedicated to the copyrights. In the practical part there is a research realized by a method of questionnaire survey where there were inquired familiarities and opinions of the young generation in field of the Internet Crime. Also there are mentioned legal consequences for offenders of the individual Internet Crimes and described negative economical impacts of cybercriminality, mainly in the field of illegal copies of the copyrights. This diploma thesis is the basis to those who use the Internet and do not have detail knowledge about its hidden threats and possible consequences of violation of laws related to the Internet Crime.
