Analýza bezpečnosti práce a vzniku pracovních úrazů ve vybraných organizacích v okrese Louny

Abstract

This thesis is based on my own surfy. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the labour safety in selected organizations in region of Louny and analyse factors which participate in genesis of work injuries in contex of observance of the safety rules. At the first part the thesis consider a legal matter of labour safety and genesis of work injury including employer´s duties. The next part is focused on a brief description of selected organizations. The most important part of the thesis is the analysis of labour safety which is focused on causes of work injuries, and economical impact of work injury on an employee. In conlusion there are mentioned suggestions and recommendations for advancement of safety and prevention of genesis of work injuries.
