Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on identifying risk factors in the work environment and conducting job categorization in the newly established premises of the auto-detailing workshop Mdetail. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part begins with a description of the current state of auto-detailing, followed by the legal framework of job categorization, an overview of specific occupational risk factors, and the principles of risk management. The practical part covers a description of the workplace and the characteristic work shift, an assessment of identified risk factors, and proposals for improving employees' working conditions.
