Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of the state organization's quality management system in ENVIFORM a.s., using the methodology for implementing self-assessment organization listed in Annex A to the standard ČSN EN ISO 9004:2010. The main objective of this thesis was to determine the strengths of a quality management system and especially to find opportunities for organizational improvement.
The theoretical part explains the concept of self-assessment and summary methods, concepts of ISO 9000 to the standard ČSN EN ISO 9004:2010 fall and was presented with the organization ENVIFORM a.s.
The practical part contains its own self-assessment organizations of the methodology specified in Annex A to the standard ISO 9004:2010, including graphic design, results and suggestions for improvement.
