Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the implementation of SPC in a manufacturing company, the goal was to compile an internal tool for SPC evaluation for the company and then implement it on a new pre-selected project and reveal any shortcomings in the process that could be removed before putting the project into SOP. The theoretical part deals only with the theoretical basis of this problem. The practical part of the work deals with the analysis of the current state of SPC and subsequent implementation on the project. The final part is devoted to a summary of the entire implementation process and the subsequent design of measures to improve the capability of the process.
