Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate and analyze the system of employee education and development in a selected company and, based on the results, draft proposals and recommendations for addressing deficiencies. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical foundations including sociological research, describing the methods utilized for the bachelor's thesis. The practical part is dedicated to the characterization of the company and subsequent analysis of the current system of employee education and development. This analysis was conducted based on the examination of internal documents and a questionnaire survey, which was processed and interpreted using graphs. The final section outlines the aforementioned proposals and recommendations, which can enhance the efficiency of the company's operations.
