Územní studie rozvojové plochy Čavisov

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je prostorové a funkční využití rozvojové plochy v obci Čavisov včetně návrhu dopravy a technického vybavení. Lokalita se nachází v jihozápadní části obce, plynule navazuje na hranici současně zastavěného území a dle Územního plánu obce Čavisov je určena pro smíšenou zástavbu. Prostorové řešení vychází ze zásad urbanismu a současných požadavků na standard bydlení. Návrh využití území je vypracován ve třech variantách, z nichž jedna je detailně zpracována v rozsahu územní studie dle platné legislativy. Součástí práce je propočet nákladů a celkové zhodnocení přínosu realizace nové zástavby pro obec.

The aim of the Master’s thesis is to design spatial and functional plan within Čavisov municipality including transport and technical infrastructure. The site in the south-western part of the village smoothly connects to a contemporary build up area. According to the territorial plan this area is determined for mixed pattern development. Spatial design is based on both urban planning principles and requirements on living standards. In total three different variants of the area utilization design were made and one was taken into greater details in extent of territorial study according to valid legislation. Cost calculation and overall asset evaluation of proposed development is also part of the thesis.
