Zařízení pro simulaci termoelektrických článků

Abstract

This thesis discusses a design and a development of the device, which allows simulate thermocouples. The simulator is able to simulate up to four independent thermocouples. The user has possibility to set the simulate temperature of thermocouple or the thermoelectric voltage in the range. In case of the simulating temperature of a thermocouple was formed sixth order polynomial, for conversion simulate temperature to the thermoelectric voltage. The simulator includes the LDC display to view simulating values. A simulator is controlled by 32 - bit microcontroller PIC32. Digital signal is converting to the analog signal, by the DA convertors. Digital signal contains value of thermoelectric voltage. Microcontroller comunicate with DA convertors and LCD display by Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). Output part of simulator is galvanically separated from the control and power part of the circuit. Theoretical part of thesis is describing thermoelectric phenomenoms and thermocouples. Practical part of thesis is describing the design and the development of PCB and following implementation of the control software. The last part of thesis is about testing the simulator.
