Abstract

Due to the fact that the choice of the right form of business can certainly influence the success of entrepreneurs and economic impact on the company, it is necessary to keep attention to this decision. The youngest and most extended legal form of business is company with limited liability. That is reason why my bachelor thesis is focuses on the company, specifically its statutory authority - the executive in a company with limited liability and together the issue of liability. The goal is to summarize knowledge in general about limited companies and specifically about the manager and pick up the issue of directors´ responsibility, following the erroneous exercise of his functions. The work is divided into four main chapters. The first is characterized of Ltd. The second examines the executive in details. That is associated with the following chapter by applying to the practice manager. The last chapter is apply to the liability of executive.
