Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to create a family house located in slope. The solution I found takes the form of a two-floor building that is partly build into a hillside. Due to the nature of the territory, I decided to use the VELOX system. This system is great in that what concerns providing the final stiffness for the construction and is suitable to be used on the constructions on which earth pressure operates. Conceptually, the house was conceived as a housing option for young families with children who are interested on getting a certain feeling of uniqueness and exclusivity with the house they buy.This house with valley view build into a hillside should offer all these attributes.
