Abstract

The diploma thesis follows up the section of process management. The goal of this thesis is to describe and characterize selected business processes and to find answers of established questions. The theoretical part is determined by appropriate processing methodology and theoretical results from the section of process management. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of design solutions selected business processes. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of design solutions selected business processes. The benefit of this work is the setting methodology, processing the specific models and providing the possibility of future use to prepare the ISO 9001 standard for the introduction.
