Abstract

This master´s thesis deals with the projectdocumentation for a construction of a polyfunctional house, as well as for the constructionheating system and for the water heating system of the house. Calculations ofthermo-technical properties of building structures and of building´s heat lossare included, together with plans and calculations for each of the heatingsystem devices and for hot water preparation device. The thesis aims to project a progressive solution of the type of heating system and of the manner of hotwater preparation using the long-distance heating as the principal hot watersupply. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, annexes and projectdocumentation.
