Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on Czech association law, specifically on subsidiary companies problematics and organizational structure, with practical demonstration of organization Junák – český skaut z.s. The aim of the bachelor thesis is analysis organizational structure and recording position of the unit named scout centre within the organization Junák – český skaut z.s.

In the theoretical part is described Czech association law. First part describe adaptation of association in Czech law. Next is description of associations establishment, emergence, change and extinction. Lastly information is about subsidiary companies and organizational structure under Czech law. The practical part is divided to 3 parts. The first part describe organization Junák – český skaut z.s. The second part is focused on organizational structure of organization. Last part relate position of the centres within the all organizational structure.
