Kontrola přepravy odpadů v rámci činností Celní správy České republiky

Abstract

Jednou z mála kompetencí přidělených Celní správě České republiky je kontrola přepravy odpadů. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení jednotlivých činností, které plní celní orgány v této oblasti, ale i veškeré instituty s tím spojené. Hlavním cílem bylo podat ucelený přehled o jednotlivých druzích přeprav. Snahou této bakalářské práce bylo přiblížit nejen obecný postup celních orgánů při kontrole vnitrostátní přepravy, ale i při přeshraniční přepravě odpadů a s tím i související povinnosti nakládání s odpadem v rámci těchto přeprav, porušení přepravy odpadů a kaucí vybíraných při kontrole odpadů.

One of the authorities allocated to the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic is the supervision of the waste transport. This dissertation being concentrated on the explanation of the separate activities which are carried out with local customs authorities and all the institutes in this connection had the main purpose to hand in the integral overview of the separate sorts of transport. The effort of this dissertation was to introduce not only general progress of the customs administration supervising the intrastate transport but the cross-border waste transport as well with the duty to treat the transport and the offence against the rules of the waste transport and the bail collected in the waste supervision.
