Abstract
This thesis describes the design and implementation of a system for organizing webinars. In this work, I follow my bachelor thesis, which was further developed and optimized. Concentrate on the core part of the system, which is communication and data transfer between clients in the web seminar. It also describes problems and pitfalls associated with organizing webinars on the Internet. Work then deals with implemention of own communication protocol FBP and implementation of a system for proper webinars ForceB itself. The system is built on top of .NET technology from Microsoft.
