Vliv litého stavu na mikrostrukturu a vlastnost slitiny typu Al-Si

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to determine changes in essential properties of aluminium alloys after using different casting processes and determination of the advantages of certain casting parameters. The alloy casting conditions vary both by changing the temperature of the molten metal and by changing the temperature of the mold. The basic assessment is the change in the run-in of the given alloy. Furthermore, the linear thermal expansion of the material at elevated temperatures, the structure of the material using metallographic tests and the compressive and tensile strength limits are determined. For clarity and introduction to the basic issues, this work is divided into two sections, theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part contains basic information about the alloy used and the parameters determining its properties. The experimental part follows, the content of which is summarized in the first paragraph of this abstract.
