Integrace a inovace havarijních plánů v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá integráciou a inováciou havarijných plánov v priemyslovom podniku na území ČR. V teoretickej časti sú rozpísané v jednotlivých kapitolách tri systémy managementu, špecifikácia znakov a ich kompatibilita. Za nimi nasledujú možnosti integrácie týchto systémov. Pokračuje predstavovanie direktív IPPC a SEVESO II. Praktická časť obsahuje porovnanie požiadaviek na prevádzkovateľa a bezpečnostnú dokumentáciu. Potom nasledujú informácie o integrácii a inovácii havarijných plánov, pričom integrujeme vnútorný havarijný plán a plán opatrení pre prípad havárie. Inovácia spočíva v grafickom prevedení havarijných scenárov. Výstupom je návrh alternatívneho havarijného plánu a grafické vizuálne doplnenie pomocou analýzy stromom udalostí.

This thesis deals with the integration of emergency plans and innovation in industrial company in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are detailed in chapters three management systems, specification of characters and their compatibility. They are followed by the possibility of integrating these systems. Continued introduction IPPC and Seveso II Directives. The practical part contains a comparison of the requirements for the operator and safety documentation. This is followed by information integration and innovation emergency plans, and integrate internal emergency plan and emergency measures. Innovation lies in graphic design emergency scenarios. The output is a proposal of an alternative emergency plan graphic and visual complement by event tree analysis.
