Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the process of my professional practice in ComProMiS s.r.o company, which is oriented on software development on demand and maintenance of sophisticated information systems. The goal has been to develop an Attendance system, primarily intended for the ComProMiS staff. I cooperated together with three colleagues working there on their bachelor practice. The system should have contained mobile apps for iOS and Android, as well as a website for an employer to use. At first the work was more theoretic and collective, but later, each of us has had his own clearly defined part of the project. I was in charge of Web API, an application programming interface for mobile applications. In conclusion I summarize used and newly acquired knowledge and evaluate the results and experience I have gained.
